Introducing RCA’s new Director in the Netherlands – renowned lawyer, Rob Faasen
Rob Faasen is a senior M&A lawyer with 30+ years of experience advising on corporate transactions. Rob’s thriving law firm (Faasen & Partners, founded 2002), was merged into global law firm Eversheds Sutherland (Netherlands), where he stayed on as Senior Partner.
Alongside his extensive legal expertise, Rob launched the ALSP Konexo in the Netherlands, advising and assisting GC’s, in-house teams, and boards on efficiency programmes achieved through organisational change and the adoption of new technologies. Rob is well-versed in applying his entrepreneurial skills to advise and create businesses that can meet the demands of the future.
