Gülsüm

Gülsüm Aslan joined RCA in 2023.

With her M&A background in both private practice and insurance, Gülsüm brings an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in transactions and M&A insurance.  Having been a lawyer and M&A insurance underwriter, Gülsüm knows what an insured transaction needs to achieve for optimal insurance coverage.  Before joining RCA, Gülsüm was an M&A lawyer at Loyens Loeff for nearly ten years before joining AIG’s M&A insurance team.  Gülsüm has also acted as AIG’s Senior Counsel for the Netherlands.
